How to know the status of my order ?
You will receive several emails updating you on the status of your order. Please check your mailbox regularly.
How can we change the order?
Changing an order is impossible once paid for and processed. However, If you want to add one or more items to your current order, please get in touch with us for assistance.
How can we cancel the order?
If you have not yet made a payment or if you have made a payment, but we have not yet processed it, we can cancel the order upon your request. However, we cannot cancel the order once it has been processed. Please contact us to cancel the order.
