How to change 3DS games language and region.

If you want to change the language and region of 3DS games, then this video is for you. This method will not modify the console region but it will just emulate it. It will then allows some games which need a specific language to work, and DLC for foreign games to load.

To do this, you must first install custom firmware or Luma3DS on your console. Read the related videos in the description to follow the appropriate guide.
