New Nintendo 3DS Locked NAND Header

This video will show you a weird phenomena of a New Nintendo 3DS console with newer Samsung NAND which has 1,954,545,664 bytes of NAND size. The interesting part is, it cannot pass step#3 of ctrtransfer 2.1.0 because in mean time the NAND header area cannot be modified with known method (Decrypt9WIP / Gateway / Hardmod / GodMode9).

Even direct hex editing of the NAND header has no effect on it. I am using GodMode9 to proof it.
